Bringing Awareness of SSTA to a college campus and parent group
near you.

SSTA AWARE is a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading awareness and normalizing the conversations surrounding Sibling Sexual Trauma and Abuse.

SSTA AWARE created an Awareness Campaign focused on young parents and college students to drive education, research, and prevention of this silent epidemic. College student are the ideal audience, as they are our next generation of mental health care partners, and professionals, while new parents need the knowledge to drive prevention in their own homes.

We grew from the need to bring the stories of lived experts out of the shadows and into the public. Sibling sexual trauma and abuse is shrouded in shame, secrecy, and judgment, none of which help those who fall victim. Our stories uncover the prevalence, patterns, and behaviors that drive research, education, recovery, and prevention. Our stories connect us and offer hope to those still hiding in the shadows.

If you would like to request a visit to your school or college campus, want more information about our mission, and/or join our cause, please contact us in the space provided below.
